Right Turn Cowboy Church Waiver Release
Participants will be required annually to sign a waiver of release to participate in Right Turn Cowboy Church activities. Waivers will be provided at each gathering.
By signing the EQUINE ACTIVITY RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY, you understand and accept risk associated with the activity. Please read the indemnity agreement carefully before signing it. Your signature indicates you understand the agreement and agree with its terms. By signing this agreement, and as the appointed guardian, you and your child or associated parties, are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue or recover damages in the case of injury, death, or property damage, for any reason, including but not limited to, the negligence of the stable; it’s owner(s), employee(s), volunteer(s) and any other agent associated with Right Turn Cowboy Church.
